OK - here's the first thing - you need to have java installed.
It usually already is.  However, you can get the latest java straight from Sun here:
http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

Next - go to the top of TTBMX. Hit the "Logout" link.
Now, log back into ttbmx MAKING SURE that you select the "save as cookie" box on the logon screen.

Then, try the chat again.

Let me know if that works or not!

Can you explain exactly what happens including any error messages?

You can also try clearing your browser cache.
What browser are you using?
IE7 would go like this:
  1. Click on Tools (or the Tools icon) from the Command Bar
  2. Select Delete Browsing History...
  3. Click the Delete files... button near Temporary Internet Files
  4. Click Yes when prompted to delete temporary Internet Explorer files
  5. Click the Close button
  6. Shutdown all open instances of your web browser and restart

If your getting just a blank page you have to download the software that Baz posted in the previous post.  I had the same problem at first and I downloaded the software and it works great!

Do you have IE installed by any chance?  Try it in IE once...
